Use of This Website

Catering Inquiries
Submitting a contact form, catering inquiry, or quote request does not constitute a confirmed booking.
All catering services are subject to availability and are only considered reserved after:
- A proposal or invoice has been accepted.
- The required deposit has been received.
- Written confirmation has been provided by Ms Sauce.
Deposits and Payments
For catering events serving 25 or more guests, pricing is based on a flat per-person rate, plus applicable taxes and service fees.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your requested event date and time.
The remaining balance is due no later than two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event.
Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.
Menu Changes
Once the required deposit has been received, your menu selections are considered finalized.
Requests for changes after confirmation may be accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional charges.
Taxes and Service Fees
All invoices are subject to:
- 8.875% New York State sales tax
- 18% service fee
These charges will be clearly itemized on your invoice unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable.
If an event is canceled after a deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be returned.
Requests to reschedule an event will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.
Food Allergies
While we take reasonable care in preparing our food, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requests before confirming their order.
Ms Sauce is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or cross-contact during food preparation.
Service Availability
We reserve the right to refuse or decline service for any lawful reason, including situations involving unsafe working conditions, abusive behavior, or circumstances beyond our control.
