My name is MsSauce, I am a Licensed & Insured Caribbean Soul Food Caterer and Sweet Treat Connoisseur. I am a Certified Food Handler & Food Service Manager. I formulate food and desserts to feed the soul; aiming to mix culture with culinary.
I create Michelin meals, gourmet scratch-made cookies, decadent puddings, fresh-squeezed tropical drinks, and unforgettable food experiences.
My Grand Mobile Sauce Station is a fully functional mobile cart customized to complement your event’s theme. From a Mini Pancake Donut Bar and Luxe Cookies & Milk to Charcuterie Boards, Yogurt Parfaits, and Loaded Ice Cream Sundaes, every station is designed to to elevate your event and treat your guests.
